I would definitely recommend senior moving. They were courteous, cautious and respectful. They felt like family helping me move. Thank you very much.
SEE THE UPDATE AT THE END. This is the lowest rate I can give. They brought my furniture in uncovered in the rain. Dripped water on my hardwood floors and were going to put things away wet. They left 3 boxes unpacked, and they were too heavy for me to lift. They mixed up the trinkets in 2 curio cabinets going into 2 different rooms. Books were unpacked and shelved in the wrong rooms. I had to move them in my wheelchair. They did not label the contents of a China buffet and reversed what went on the right and left. I had to move them myself. They got many things mixed up between the storage on the garage landing first floor and basement. In the past year I have had 4 back surgeries2 falls with broken bones and a separation of an old fracture in my left elbow also shingles with post herpatic neuralgia for 1 year. This is the reason I paid for packing and unpacking because I am not physically able. A highboy and picture frame were damaged. It has been one week post move with no response to my complaints. They came highly recommended to me I am very disappointed. Micheal M has gone above and beyond to make things right. He personally has fixed everything that could be fixed. Because of his steadfast commitment to the customer I am changing my rating.

Ian, Conor, and Lucas did a fabulous job moving my things. They showed up on time and were prepared. They were all polite, kind, and respectful. Everything went very smoothly. They all also helped us arrange furniture in the new place, and provided us with helpful suggestions based on their experience. Their guidance went above and beyond simply moving items. They also identified if something of mine was damaged so I could see, and made suggestions on maybe switching out something in its place. For example, a glass top on one end table was chipped, so we exchanged it for a different glass top. They paid attention to details and were so very helpful beyond simply loading and unloading. They packed items very carefully. Thanks guys!!!!! Would definitely hire again!

You guys. We had an awesome moving experience with the H.O.M.E. Senior Moving team. The young men who moved my mom this week were Tyler, Ian, and Lucas. The "office Ian" was really helpful and responsive, too. The movers were kind, efficient, careful and thoughtful. It didn't take as long as they had scheduled for us, so it didn't cost as much as our estimate said it would. I highly recommend them if you need help with a move. They can move anyone, but specialize in moving seniors. They were such a blessing at a difficult time!

Great experience with HOME today. They were prompt, friendly, efficient. The reason for one star off is due to a dent and scratch on one of my tables. They did pay for it to be fixed. I would highly recommend this moving company for your Senior Living moving

We couldn’t have asked for a team who was more conscientious and patient as we moved my Mom from one assisted living facility (after 7 years) to another. These guys helped make this tough job as easy as it could have been, and we are really grateful that they were referred to us by the facility she is moving in to. Highly recommend!

I would hire them again in a heart beat. I am a senior, downsizing from 5 bedroom house to 2-bed apt Also, I am not new to big moves and have hired 3-4 different companies over the last 20 years. This one was the best, and this is my first moving company review. From the initial walk thru with Michael, through a 2-day move with 4 outstanding movers (Jacob, Ian, Preston, and Eric) they ALL work their tails off. I interacted with Michael numerous times, even changing our second move day due to weather. Michael responded immediately in all cases and was very gracious despite my stress level. Also, his projected quote was dead on accurate. The move team had all the tools, knew exactly how to get large furniture out of narrow hallways of a 65 year old house and into a tiny elevator servicing my second floor apt. Above all, the move team worked SO well together, in tandem; efficient and fast. Their excellent and positive interaction with each other helped me stay the course, despite utter exhaustion. I would recommend this company to anyone. First rate operation. Thank you!

We had a wonderful experience with the crew from H O M E! They were there when they said they would be, they were friendly, helpful and fast. They treated my Mom with respect and care. Jacob and George were incredibly respectful and professional. They were careful to wrap the tables and chairs in moving blankets. They were mindful and careful about not scratching the wood floor. All the furniture and boxes were moved without any damage. I will definitely use them again!
What a great experience we had moving my mom to an independent living community We felt very comfortable with Jacob and Shane. They were very professional and careful of her belongs They couldn't do enough for us. They were very neat and efficient they even hung 2 TVs for her. Shane was also helpful in suggesting furniture placement in the rooms He definitely had an eye for it! They even went and looked through the garbage for a remote I later found in her apt.
